At Boulder Nordic & Cycle Sport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure that all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our Boulder storefront with your original order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include a copy of your receipt; ship the package using a trackable carrier to our designated returns department address.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
